Return/Refund Policy for Gofood Subscriptions:
At Gofood Subscriptions, we strive to provide you with the highest quality food products and exceptional customer service. We understand that occasionally issues may arise with your order, and we are here to assist you with any concerns you may have.
Return Policy:
- Food products purchased through Gofood are not eligible for return unless there is a problem with the supplied product. We take great care to ensure that our products are delivered to you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us immediately upon receipt – the product must be retained in case return or investigation is required.
- To initiate a return for a damaged, defective, or spoiled product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at [email protected] or by phone at 0800 565 543. Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos illustrating the problem.
- Our customer service team will assess your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return. We may require the product to be returned to us for inspection.
Refund Policy:
- Once we have assessed your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
- Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the affected product. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please note that refunds may take some time to process, depending on your payment provider. If you have not received your refund within 5 days, please contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance.
Exceptions:
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened, partially consumed, or used.
